- Fees and payment
- Class fees are paid monthly, in advance. We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.
- Cancelling or rescheduling a class
- Let us know at least 3 hours before the class and we'll arrange a makeup where we can. Less notice than that, and the class is counted as taken.
- Changing your teacher
- If a teacher isn't the right fit, tell us and we'll match you with someone else — free, and as many times as it takes.
- If a teacher leaves
- If your teacher is no longer available, we'll provide a qualified replacement so your lessons continue without a long gap.
- Eid holidays
- Classes pause for Eid, and these days are not counted or charged as part of your monthly plan.
- Refunds
- Full refund within the first week of starting, no questions asked.
- Prices
- Fees may increase over time. Any change will be shared with you in advance of your next billing cycle.
- Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be here.
